How it works

How the Finder works out each account’s trading days, daily goal, price and cash date from its firm’s own rules, and which firms we checked and left out.

How Propsoon reads the rules

One model for every account, so the differences come from the rules and the prices

  1. Every rule, every day

Evaluation phases, minimum and qualifying days, best-day and consistency rules, buffers, payout windows, minimum requests, caps, the split by payout number, fees and the time from request to cash.

  2. One clean path

The same profit every trading day from the first one allowed, no losing day, and each payout requested on the first day the rules allow it.

  3. Exact, not estimated

Every whole-dollar daily goal from $1 to $20,000 on the funded account runs through each account's rules, so the fewest days and the smallest goal for them are exact for these rules. Evaluation days can need more.

  4. Read with care

A real run has losing days, so cash comes later than the clean path. For 99 of the Finder's own 105 accounts, a 13-week model shows how much later when 90% or 85% of days win; the 1,498 rules-pack accounts show the clean path only.

How the numbers work

What each column and setting of the Finder means

The path

  • Fastest by the rules alone. Every trading day from the first one the rules allow makes the same profit, and no day loses. Each payout is requested on the first day the rules allow and takes everything above what has to stay in the account, up to any cap, except the payout that reaches your amount: it takes only what the amount still needs, or the smallest request the firm accepts if that is more. Where an early small payout would restart the payout cycle, waiting for one payout that covers the whole amount can be faster; the Finder tries both and keeps the faster one.
  • Days are trading days, counted from the first day you may trade. Every account is taken as bought on Fri 6 Nov 2026 and traded from that day, so day 1 is Fri 6 Nov, unless the firm first needs an identity check or a contract (KYC): those days come before day 1 and are not counted. 41 accounts at 6 firms start that way.
  • Calendars. Each market has its own trading days, from Fri 6 Nov 2026 for a year: to 5 Nov 2027, and to 7 Nov 2027 for crypto. An amount one account cannot pay out within it shows as out of reach.
  • Evaluation first accounts (1,255 of the 1,603) count every evaluation phase in the days: their profit only passes them, and payouts come from the funded account that opens after them. Each phase makes the smallest daily goal that passes it in the fewest days, and the days a firm takes to open the next phase or issue the funded account count as waiting days.
  • One account. Where a firm closes or reviews an account after a set number of payouts, nothing after that payout counts.
  • Exact. Every whole-dollar daily goal from $1 to $20,000 on the funded account is run through each account's rules, so the fewest days and the smallest goal for them are exact for these rules. An evaluation phase can need a larger daily goal; it makes the smallest one that passes it in the fewest days.
  • Day by day, in an opened row, lists every trading day of the path with its date, the profit it makes and what is in the account; each withdrawal sits on the first day the rules allow it, and the path runs on to the next three payouts at the same daily goal.

The columns

  • Days run from the first day you may trade to the request that completes the amount. Evaluation-first rows split them into evaluation, waiting and funded days.
  • Daily goal is what each funded day makes once the first payout is out. The days up to the first payout make the smallest whole-dollar goal that still reaches the amount in the fewest days; that can be more, when the first payout needs something only once, such as a buffer that has to stay or a larger first payout goal, and it shows under the daily goal. Profit made is what you withdraw plus what has to stay.
  • Of daily DD limit and of max drawdown put the daily goal next to the most the account may lose in a day (the daily drawdown limit, which firms also call the daily loss limit) and in all. A hard daily limit closes the account; a soft one only ends the day.
  • Price is what the account costs with the code in force when checked, in US dollars; the list price sits under it. For an evaluation-first account it is the evaluation's first month or one-time fee plus any activation. Accounts without a published price are left out.
  • Cushion price is what the account costs for each $1,000 of max drawdown, the loss it lets you take before it closes. A lower figure buys more cushion for the money.
  • Withdrawn is taken out of the account before the profit split; it can be more than the amount when a firm sets a minimum request. To you is what reaches you after the split and the firm's fees.
  • Cash by is the date the money reaches you: the day of the last request plus the firm's usual time from request to cash, counted in business days (weekdays without US and Hungarian public holidays). That time runs from the same day to 14 business days, by firm; the figure under the date counts calendar days from Fri 6 Nov 2026.

The settings

  • Withdrawn from the account or paid to you sets how your amount counts: before the profit split, or after the split and fees. The scale runs from $100 to $10,000 in $100 steps; any amount up to $100,000 can be typed ($500 steps to $50,000, then $1,000 steps to $100,000).
  • Daily goal cap limits how big any day's goal may be, evaluation days and the days up to the first payout included. The Finder then finds the fewest trading days within the cap and the smallest goal for those days, so a tighter cap can add days. Within the safe daily target: a losing day of three times the goal stays 5% inside the max drawdown and inside the daily loss limit, 5% inside it where breaking it closes the account. At most 25%, 50% or 100% of each limit: no day's goal above that share of the daily loss limit or the max drawdown, whichever is smaller.
  • Cushion (drawdown) after a payout keeps 25%, 50% or all of the max drawdown as room above the loss limit after every withdrawal. Only what is above it comes out, so a cushion can add trading days or raise the daily goal. With Rules only, everything the rules allow comes out; where a firm already makes a buffer stay, as Take Profit Trader and Apex do, that buffer still applies, and where the rules keep more than the cushion, the rules win. A small cushion leaves no leeway: the first losing day after a payout can close the account.
  • Best size per program keeps one row per program: of its sizes that can pay the amount on one account, the one that ranks first by the current sort, the fewest trading days unless you pick another column. Ties go to the lowest daily goal, the lowest goal up to the first payout, the smallest share of the max drawdown and the lowest price. Every size lists each size in its own row.
  • Safe daily target is the largest target whose losing day, three times the target, still sits 5% inside every limit that closes the account.

Where the rules come from

  • Two sources. 105 accounts in 28 programs at 19 firms are the Finder's own; 1,498 accounts in 312 programs at 73 firms come from the rules pack of 7 Nov 2026, and 8 firms have accounts in both. Rules, prices and codes were checked on 6 and 7 Nov 2026; the rules-pack accounts are modelled the same way.
  • Assumptions. Where a source leaves a value open, or sources disagree, the slower or smaller reading is used. Each firm's page lists these assumptions with the open points and the sources: see Firms.
  • Confidence. Each rules-pack row says where its rules come from. Official rules rest on the firm's own pages (1,409 accounts). Partly third-party means some values come from review and comparison sites, because the firm's own pages do not publish them (37). Unverified means the firm's own pages conflict or leave a rule unconfirmed, and the slower reading is used (52). Values that first came from review sites were re-read on the firms' own pages on 7 Nov 2026; whatever still rests on a third party, or on conflicting official pages, is named in the row's details.
  • Re-checked 7 Nov. 82 accounts had the rules for their first payout re-checked on the firm's own pages: 75 were confirmed (Re-checked), 7 could not be confirmed (Re-check open).
  • Euros. Amounts in euros are converted at €1 = $1.16.
  • Under review. A firm in the Finder that fails the bar of the 7 Nov rules pack today. It stays in the Finder, and each of its rows carries a warning with the reason. 7 firms today:
    • Alpha Futures: Premium payout queue approved before 12 July still being paid in October batches; reviews of 30 Oct and 1 Nov say still unpaid; Premium accounts closed with a fee refund.
    • AquaFutures: Trustpilot rating removed; its forex brand AquaFunded suspended over fake reviews (our 7 Nov firm check).
    • Blue Guardian Futures: Trustpilot 'rating unavailable', fake reviews removed (our 7 Nov firm check).
    • Elite Trader Funding: Trustpilot 3.8 on 1,165 reviews (our Nov 2026 firm check), under the 4.0 bar.
    • Funded Futures Family: Current Trustpilot notice: 'displaying Trustpilot content incorrectly' (7 Nov).
    • GOAT Funded Futures: Trustpilot warning, rating hidden, fake reviews removed (our 7 Nov firm check).
    • Top One Trader: Trustpilot rating unavailable for a guideline breach, fake reviews removed (7 Nov).
  • Borderline. A firm that meets the bar as written but carries a specific risk that is still being weighed. It stays in the Finder too, and the Firms page names the risk. 15 firms today: Best Prop 4 U, Equity Edge, Falcon Funded, FundingPips, FX2 Funding, HyroTrader, Ibero Funding, IQ Capital, PropXP, Quantum Funding, Rhodium FX, Savius, Swiss Firmup, TenTrade, TradeXProp.
  • 13-week model (in the details of 99 of the Finder's own accounts): a winning day makes a daily target from $100 up to the safe daily target, the one that leaves the most net cash after 13 weeks; a losing day loses three times it; 90% or 85% of days win, and a breached account is replaced. Net is cash received minus accounts bought. The other 6 have a safe daily target under $100, and the rules-pack accounts carry no 13-week model.

We say who we left out, and why

The 7 Nov rules pack adds a firm to the Finder only if it clears this bar: Trustpilot 4.0+ (any review count); no current Trustpilot warning, suspension, hidden or removed rating; no pattern of unpaid or refused withdrawals, retroactive profit cuts, regulator warnings; operating; rules published. These 136 firms were checked and left out, with the reason; 6 of them work on a different model. Two kinds of firm stay in the Finder with a flag: under review, a Finder firm that fails the bar today and carries a warning on its rows (7 firms), and borderline, a firm that meets the bar as written but carries a specific risk that is still being weighed (15 firms).
