Confidence
Official rules: the firm's own pages
Re-checked 7 Nov
Confirmed on the firm's own pages; first request on day 2 by the rules alone. Flex is the only live account type (homepage: 'Daily payouts, no approval queue', no consistency rules). Docs: 10% target, no minimum profitable-day requirement (1-Step and funded), no consistency enforced; funded: at least 1% profit, minimum 1% of size, one request per day, positions closed, no waiting period.
Open points
Prices only on the homepage; docs say sizes run $1,000-$100,000 and pricing 'varies'. 1-step max drawdown 5% (homepage, FAQ: Rules) vs 9% (1-Step Challenges page body). First-payout timing only implied by 'no payout cycles or waiting periods'. Whether the 1% minimum withdrawal is gross profit or the 80% share is not stated. Balance/drawdown after a payout, account lifetime, bots/API policy and the restricted-country list (Terms of Service, not read) not documented. 'Flex' appears only on the homepage; docs call it 1-Step.

Rules

One phase: 10% target, 3% daily drawdown on the 00:00 UTC reset equity (static intraday), 5% static max drawdown (docs also say 9%), no minimum days, no time limit, no consistency rule, one evaluation account at a time. Funded: same drawdowns, no target; payout needs at least 1% profit and all positions closed, minimum withdrawal 1% of account size, one request per day, no waiting period, 80% split, USDC via smart contract.

Watch out

Daily drawdown is 3% from the 00:00 UTC equity, checked on balance and equity. One evaluation account at a time; copy trading and hedging across accounts are banned. Docs give the max drawdown as 5% or 9%.

Assumptions

Where a source leaves a rule open, the Finder takes the slower reading. Each program lists what it assumes for every size; a size lists only what it adds. Every payout is requested as early as the rules allow; the request that reaches the amount takes only what it still needs.

1-Step Flex

4 assumptions for every size

Every size

  • Max loss taken as 5% (docs say 5% or 9%)
  • 1% minimum withdrawal read as your share: 1.25% gross assumed
  • Funded account taken as issued on passing (auto-promotion; timing not described)
  • Drawdown after a payout not documented: floor taken as moving to the start

The firm's own rules, in brief

  • Bots. Bots and API trading are not addressed; trading runs on the firm's own web app.
  • Accounts. One evaluation account at a time; multiple accounts not allowed (FAQ: Evaluations, Rules).
  • Copy trading. Copy trading prohibited (FAQ: Rules); hedging across accounts or coordinated hedging to bypass rules prohibited; same-asset long/short not possible (orders net).
  • News. News trading allowed (FAQ: Rules; homepage 'News trading allowed').
  • Overnight and weekend. Overnight and weekend holding allowed; sessions 24/7 for crypto, 24/5 for FX.
  • Open to traders in Hungary: not stated by the firm.
  • Trustpilot: 4.3 of 5, 23 reviews, read 7 Nov 2026.
  • Trust note. No warning, hidden rating or fake-review notice (read 7 Nov 2026 in the earlier screen S1); claimed May 2026; no recent review invitations; company has not replied to negative reviews.
  • Trust note. Newest review 17 Jun 2026 - none since mid-June, but the site is live and selling on 7 Nov 2026 (1-step Flex at $5K/$10K/$25K).
  • Trust note. One reviewer notes no official connection to Hyperliquid (homepage says 'Powered by Hyperliquid'); Trustpilot profile lists the Cayman Islands; no company or jurisdiction on the homepage or docs.
  • Trust note. Docs: payouts come from an on-chain Payout Treasury funded by evaluation fees via a Payment Router weighted by a 'Payout Stress Factor'; funds above PSF 4 may be deployed to lending protocols; the FAQ says HyperPNL 'selectively copies certain trades' of funded traders.
  • Trust note. Docs conflict on the 1-step max drawdown (5% vs 9%); accounts are locked to the rules active at purchase (FAQ: Trust & Transparency).
